How do I place an order?
Add any product to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@baron-biotech.com. We can usually amend an order before it ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Khon Kaen, Thailand.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout. See our Shipping page for details.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside Thailand may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your returns policy?
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned; the buyer pays return shipping. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements and cosmetics can't be returned unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email info@baron-biotech.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
How should I take NGWEFANG?
Take 1–2 capsules after a meal, with a glass of water, and do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What's in NGWEFANG?
Korean ginseng, reishi mushroom, oyster extract, ginkgo leaf, L-arginine, taurine and niacin (vitamin B3). See the product label for the full ingredient list and amounts.
Is NGWEFANG suitable for everyone?
NGWEFANG is intended for adult men. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have any concerns, consult your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Are St. Justine products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are made for everyday use, and several are labelled for all skin types. As with any new skincare, do a patch test on a small area first and stop using if irritation occurs. If you have very sensitive skin or a skin condition, check with a dermatologist.
How do I use the sachet-style skincare products?
Tear the pouch open along the notch and apply a small amount to clean, dry skin. Each product page has step-by-step directions.
